This section was added to help clear up some confusion of why these characters and packs currently occupy our blacklist. Unfortunately, I'm not around for all of the conflicts, and don't know all the reasons to why they are here.
Single Wolves
Infest //Living// -- Once the alpha of the "old Neo", abandoned it for another member of "old Neo", Tsuba. They made their own pack. Also disrespected the Alpha, Jolt.
Advise //Living// -- Victim of Neo who managed to escape, though she is perminantly paralyzed.
Mithdae //Living// -- Member of Black/Shadow Acwellan
Alcyone //Living// -- Left Neo.

Savage -- A member of Neo left to join the puppy pack. The rules state that if you join Neo, you sign your life over to it's liegelord's; leaving therefore makes you applicable to be added to our blacklist.
