Basic
1) Joining Neo you sign your life over to the pack's ligeance. Leaving the pack can cost you your life.
2) Respect other's authority.
3) Don't abuse your own powers.
4) If you have an OOC beef, keep it that way.
5) Maximum of two alts are allowed in the pack at any given time.
6) When in a dream, follow the rules there. You're a guest, don't be rude.
7) You may challenge for specific positions.
8) If havoc breaks loose, you must fight to the death for the pack.
9) If another member is in trouble, it is your obligation to bail them out of the situation no matter what.
Remember, a team is only as strong as it's weakest player.
Mating
10) Your mate must also be a member of Neo, or be a member in an allied pack. If you're caught with a mate that is either a lone wolf, or is in a different pack, serious consequences will be enforced on you and your mate.
11) Pups may have pre-mates, although they are strongly frowned upon, with the acception of the parentals setting the kids up for a more strict or formal family.
Breeding
12) Alphas get first pick of breeding partners. It doesn't matter if the wolf they choose to breed with has a mate already. Often times, alphas will pick the strongest wolf in the pack to breed with.
13) You can have as many litters as you see fit, but be aware that if they get in the way, they'll be delt with harshly, so it's best to have just a few so you can keep an eye on them.

Ranks you can challenge for
Alpha

Rules for challenging
14) Both parties must consent if you're fighting to the death for the position. If you just intend to fight until one party submits, you don't need consent.
15) If you die during a challenge and you've consented, you're dead.
16) If you challenge for a position once and lose, you have to wait atleast a week before challenging again.
17) There should be atleast one higher ranking witness on the scene to judge.
18) The winner gains the said rank while the loser either stays idle or is given a lower rank.
Just a tip: Fighting for a position you want is encouraged. If it's done properly it not only shows you're strong, but you're serious and enthusiastic about being in Neo. This tends to gain points with the alphas, as the do notice little things like this. The closer you are with the alphas, the more likely you are to be bumped up into a more valuable rank.
